The Sten Crash pendant lamp impresses with its puristic design and the selected materials. Suspended from three thin steel cables, the textile-covered supply line describes a freely curved S-line that merges into a flat, cylindrical lampshade with a diameter of 54 cm and a height of 15 cm. The fabric shade made of crash creates a very special effect with its artful gathering. A slightly shiny, iridescent taffeta base fabric made of 100% polyester is finished with a longcrash. In transmitted light, the overlaid, crushed areas of the fabric appear darker, resulting in a subtle, individual play of light and shadow. The lower part of the luminaire is fitted with a diffuser made of satin acrylic glass, while the upper shade enchants with a radiant play of light and shadow on the ceiling. The lampshade, which is available in the colour alabaster, develops a fascinating dynamic and three-dimensionality when illuminated. The lampshade of the Domus Sten Crash pendant lamp can optionally be combined with a silver-grey or red textile cable. This pendant lamp has three E27 sockets and can be operated with conventional halogen bulbs as well as with LED retrofit bulbs. The Domus Sten lamp is also available with lampshades made of other materials.
