The Kaiser Idell 6631-P Pendant reminds of the Bauhaus style like other lamps from this series. It emits downward, glare-free light. In contrast to the 6631-P table lamp, the lamp socket is placed centrally in the shade.
The 6631-P Pendant is offered in the surfaces red, white, black and matt black. Except for matt black, all surfaces are glossy. The manufacturer himself calls red "ruby red". The inside white lacquered shade is made of steel and brass. The chrome elements above the shade are polished and made of silver-brazed brass. The pendant light hangs from a black textile cable, which can be shortened if necessary. The steel canopy is glossy chrome-plated.
The light can be dimmed on site. In the year 1931, the designer Christian Dell created the pendant lamp for the company Gebr. Kaiser & Co. Leuchten KG. Today the Kaiser Idell lamps belong to the company Republic of Fritz Hansen. The authenticity of each lamp of this brand is confirmed by a certificate and an "ORIGINAL KAISER idell" embossing on the lamp.
