The Luceplan Illusion is a wall lamp, which can also be used as a ceiling light. It has a built-in LED with 17 watt power and a colour temperature of 3,000 Kelvin warmwhite. The energy consumption is very low and the lamp can be dimmed on site. When looking at the wall and ceiling light, an optical effect is created, which makes it appear as if a sphere would appear in a square in the center of the shade. This impression is generated by a Fresnel lens on a thin film and is also generated when the light is switched off. The body is made of aluminum.
The ceiling and wall lamp emits diffuse and glare-free light into the room. The light requires very little space because it projects only 4 cm into the room. Francisco Gomez Paz designed the Luceplan light in the year 2013.
