The Oluce The Globe 228 is a table lamp by Joe Colombo which emits its light into a glass ball.
Description
The Globe 228 is a table lamp by Joe Colombo which was reinterpreted by Oluce in 2015. It consists of a ball made of blown transparent glass. A metal socket with bulb is integrated in this glass, from which the light is emitted downwards at a 45-degree angle. The glass can be rotated sideways in the base of the lamp. The lamp has a satin nickel finish and can be equipped with an E27 halogen lamp or LED retrofit. The ball of Globe 228 has a diameter of 30 cm.
