Ingo Maurer Babadul
The Ingo Maurer Babadul is a 130 cm high floor lamp with a lampshade made of Japanese paper. It is part of the MaMoNouchies collection designed by Ingo Maurer and Dagmar Mombach. As with all lights from this collection, the paper lampshade of Babadul is hand-folded and pulled until it reaches its final shape. This is done using a patented process based on a traditional Japanese textile dyeing technique. Therefore, each shade is unique, even if all the shades of the lamp look the same. The Ingo Maurer Babadul is height adjustable between 130 cm and 160 cm. A dimmer on the supply line allows the Ingo Maurer Babadul to be continuously variable dimmed. Press once to switch it on, dimming by pressing it for a longer time. The built-in LED has a power of 9 watts with a colour temperature of 2,700 Kelvin extra warm white.
