Oluce Switch

The Oluce Switch series consists of a total of two table lamps and two floor lamps. As table lights, there are offered the Switch 206 as well as the 206 Oro Gold. The 206 features a black lacquered lamp body and shade, while the 206 Oro Gold, as the name implies, is made of gilded metal. No switch or dimmer is visible, instead the lamps are switched on and off or dimmed by turning the lamp shade. In addition to the two table lights, this series also offers two floor lamps. The Switch 306 is made of black lacquered metal from head to base. The 306 Oro Gold is a floor lamp of gilded metal. The floor lamps are also switched on and off as well as dimmed by turning the lamp shade. Both the floor lamps and the table lamps from this series emit direct light downwards as well as indirect light upwards through the shade. The series was designed by Nendo in 2007, this design office was founded by Canada-born Japanese designer Oki Sato.
