Keilbach Sixteen
[Peter Keilbach]
Opis
The Sixteen stool from Keilbach consists of solid, lacquered oak rods and is 42 cm high with an edge length of 26 cm. Thus the proportions correspond to the ratio phi (1.618), the golden ratio.
Sixteen is much more than just a simple stool, it wants to be a piece of architecture reminiscent of the skyline of Manhattan with its enormous buildings and deep street canyons. In addition, the rods are arranged in a strict grid. The Sixteen stool is deliberately kept simple and fits in with any interior. It was awarded the Focus Open Silver 2010 design prize and nominated for the German Design Award 2012.
Small candle holders or flower vases are offered as accessories, which are simply inserted into the spaces between the sixteen stool. Thus they provide for a very beautiful atmosphere.
Sixteen can also be ordered with a glass top and used as a side table (Sixteen table).
